    Search by name or specialty, or browse doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and labs sorted by distance from you.

  2. Book and pay

    Choose video, audio or in-person, pick a time that suits you and pay with Paystack or your TroyHealth wallet.

  3. Meet your doctor

    We send SMS and push reminders 1 hour and 15 minutes before. Join the HD video call right inside the app.

Questions, answered

Which cities does TroyHealth cover?

You can find doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and labs in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Video and audio consultations work from anywhere you have a connection.

How do I pay for a consultation?

Pay with card or bank through Paystack, or use the balance in your TroyHealth wallet.

What if the doctor doesn't confirm or doesn't show up?

Your payment is returned to your TroyHealth wallet, so you can book another doctor straight away.

My network is slow. Can I still consult?

Yes. Choose an audio consultation, which uses much less data than video. You can also book an in-person visit.

How do I know the doctors are real?

Practitioners' licences are verified (MDCN for doctors, PCN for pharmacists) before they can accept bookings. Verified profiles show a badge.

I'm a doctor. When do I get paid?

After each consultation. The call record shows the consultation took place; payment is released when the patient confirms, or automatically after 24 hours. You can then withdraw to your bank account, protected by your wallet PIN.

Is there an iPhone app?

The iOS app is coming soon. Until then, iPhone users can use the full web app in Safari.

How do I install the Android app?

Tap "Download for Android", open the downloaded file and, if asked, allow your browser to install apps. You only need to allow this once.
